Frequently asked questions

Is AutoFlow really free?

Yes. Everything AutoFlow ships today is free on Windows, Android and the web, with no ads. Optional encrypted sync is free during launch; local automation, Halt and export will always stay free.

Do I need an account?

No. AutoFlow works fully offline without an account. You only need one if you want encrypted sync between devices or to publish templates to Atlas.

How do I stop a running flow?

Press Ctrl+Alt+Esc on Windows or tap the floating stop button on Android. Halt stops any flow in under half a second, and the Pulse bar always shows what is running.

Why does the Android app need the Accessibility permission?

Android only lets apps perform taps and swipes for you through an Accessibility service. AutoFlow uses it to run the gestures in your flows and, only when a step asks for it, to read on-screen text. It never collects personal data, and you can switch it off at any time in Settings › Accessibility.

Can AutoFlow get me banned from a game or app?

It can if the app forbids automation. AutoFlow does not hide itself and will never bypass anti-cheat or CAPTCHAs. Read the rules of the app you automate — you are responsible for using flows where they are allowed.

What is Practice Canvas?

A virtual screen in your browser. It runs any flow with the real engine so you can watch every click, set breakpoints and inspect variables before anything touches your real screen.

Where do my AI keys go when I use Copilot?

They are stored encrypted on your device and sent only to the AI provider you chose, directly from your device. We never receive them. With a local model, nothing leaves your machine at all.

Can AutoFlow read my synced flows?

No. Sync is end-to-end encrypted: flows are encrypted on your device before upload and the server only stores ciphertext. If you lose every device and your encryption key, we cannot recover the data for you.

Is it safe to import a flow someone shared?

Imports are hash-checked, re-validated and given a Safety Score with plain reasons before you can run them. When in doubt, rehearse it on Practice Canvas first.

Is there a Mac or iPhone version?

Not yet. The web app runs in any modern browser on macOS and iOS — including Atlas and Practice Canvas — but controlling real input requires the Windows or Android app.

Which languages are supported?

AutoFlow, this site and our legal documents are available in 12 languages: English, Korean, Japanese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Vietnamese and Indonesian.
